Hmmm, let’s see, according to Conyers being “embarrassingly naive” is no barrier to being the “smartest man in American politics today”, why do I fear that he is right about this?
Then he indicates that all this includes being dumb enough to listen to bad advice and follow it. Ain’t this grand?
Have you noticed how congressional dems aren't falling all over themselves to be seen with The One? With the kind of access those people have, dontcha think they'd be falling all over themselves to ingratiate themselves with Jesus Christ Jr.? And yet it's not happening; in fact, things like Conyers attacks are happening. The last I heard out of Prince Harry was an admonition to MoveOn.org to move on and quit targeting blue dog dems for not supporting The Kenyan's budget. Call me crazy, but I think the dems are trying to figure out how to neutralize the empty suit in the WH without getting any on them.
