Aren’t they already essentially registered? You know how much paperwork you have to fill out to buy any gun. The sales paperwork is all there. Your local police background check is all there.

Note to Pelosi.... As long as groups like ACORN, gangs, and other criminals are running amok (including in the case of the gangs... illegal guns, drugs, etc.), Americans who own guns will probably keep that information to themselves.
