Not educated here? Again, partially true, he attended Indonesian schools for those four years, but the rest of his education was in the US.
Not been exposed to patriotic love of America? True, for the most part. You are not going to be exposed to much patriotic love for America when you grow up as a Red Diaper Baby.
But the main point should be that he may not even be an American citizen at all. There has been no bona fide documentation that he was even born here!
