Just because “constitutionalist” has the word “constitution” in it doesn’t mean that its “principles” and its adherents aren’t crazy.

Quite honestly I don't expect the natural born issue will ever go anywhere, for reasons other than you espouse. But your statement above directly implies you believe the Constitution's principles and its adherents are crazy. As I stated previously, are you sure you are on the correct forum? And yes, at your request, I browsed a few of your very sporadic posts, and although you've stated a few items with which I agree I learned all I ever need know about you through your statement, "I majored in political science because I didn’t want to work very hard."

constitutionalist nuts.

Wouldn't happen to work at the Missouri Fusion center, would you?

Heaven forbid someone even thinks about taking the Constitution at face value.

Oh, aren't you swell. My point was simply that political science ain't rocket science. You had to dig pretty deep to come up with the jab. Honestly, let's talk to each other without being jerks about it. Let me put my cards on the table: The Constitution has been perverted and subverted, most intensely since the Roosevelt administration. Since Griswold v. Connecticut, Roe v. Wade, etc. the sheeple have come to believe that it is ok, even desirable, for judges to act like super legislators. I believe in the Constitution in exile, pray fervently for the day when we're governed under it again, but despair that it is ever going to happen, because, even when Republicans are in power they're not interested in the Constitution. Recent case in point is Orrin Hatch's support for the District of Columbia to get a vote in the House of Representatives. All that said, what is to be gained by pursuing the mumbo jumbo and silly stuff? When and where, O SonOfPyrodex, were capitalization and gold fringed flags of any legal significance except in the fevered minds of constitutionlists? Answer: Never, that's when. I love the Constitution. I miss it and would like to see it again some day. I'll end by reiterating a point from my last: Just after the 2004 election, I had a liberal friend of mine make the point that synonyms for liberal include "generous" and "kind," and therefore being a political "liberal" is a good thing. Honestly, that's what she said. My point is that labels don't mean anything. Just because the word "constiution" is in the name doesn't mean that the principles of constitutionalists are in accord with the Constitution. We're never going to win the hearts and minds of the people, like my smart but incredibly simplistic and naive friend, if we focus on the silly stuff.

Common sense is not a liberal argument, my boy. He’s the president til 2012, there’s nothing that can realistically be done to change that. What I have consistently said throughout all these idiot, tinfoil Birther topics is simply; “stop being ridiculous, and focus your energies on the midterm elections and the next general election.”

SOP, I think he may intended to post #25 to you also since he referenced you. If not, after looking at your home page, at least I'm in good company!

j.hf, you are correct political science isn't rocket science. I'm well versed in rocket science and it takes sonone who wants to work hard to learn the field. And BTW, it was only twenty-something posts down the page....not that deep.

Name calling and lack of faith in the People. The People's response is changing as rapidly as 0, Pelosi and Reid are shoving social marxism down our throats. We will rise up and correct the direction our nation is being led towards. I have faith in the People, our nation and its founding principles. BTW, I typically do not post on birther threads but entered this foray due to anti-Constitution comments.

Well don’t then, Mr. Rocket Science. You go sit in the corner and play with the shiny toys. The rest of us have work to do to reclaim our country.

Just so. They convene fake “juries,” concoct these phony “liens,” record them with county recorders, and cause all sorts of havoc in the vicitms’ lives.

The “victims” are not all that innocent and are usually leftist statists.

I’m just saying this is a very dangerous way of attacking them.

Most of us have jobs. And you know nothing of me or how I spend my time so get over yourself. Attacking me on this forum doesn't speak well for your method of reclaiming our country. Maybe you should put down the mouse and step away from the computer and actually do some work towards your stated goal, if you actually feel so strongly about it. I intend on doing so.

I’d disagree that, with respect to the specific matters I referred to, that they were “...historical details that existed for a reason, and were understood to retain a specific meaning.” That’s just not so with respect to gold-fringed flags, capitalization, sovereign citizen, etc. The nutters made ‘em up.

The principles of common law still survive. But the muscles are atrophied, and even attacked by the immune system as if they are some disease. It is tough to bring strength back to atrophied muscles.

More power to you and the citizen grand juries — let the hue and cry arise!
