In an unprecedented move, the Obama administration is readying for a possible confrontation with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu by briefing Democratic congressmen on the peace process and the positions of the new government in Israel regarding a two-state solution.

The Obama administration is expecting a clash with Netanyahu over his refusal to support the establishment of a Palestinian state alongside Israel.

In recent weeks, American officials have briefed senior Democratic congressmen and prepared the ground for the possibility of disagreements with Israel over the peace process, according to information recently received. The administration's efforts are focused on President Barack Obama's Democratic Party, which now holds a majority in both the Senate and the House of Representatives.

Yes. I just pray, “Lord, please don’t take it out on me. I didn’t vote for the man.”.

Most of the Jews in this country will freely admit to being Antizionist.

Isn't that like admitting you are suicidal?

“If the American electorate does not repudiate the Democrats in the 2010 elections, it is clearly the end of America as we have known it.”

You assume we will have the usual elections in 2010. All Obama would have to do is declare an “emergency” and Buh, Bye elections.

He is planning on something along those lines - his Muslim (A.K.A Arab) backers will demand it.

Has anyone ever seen him going to a church and I mean a proper church not a black racist house where they hate whites and America?

LOL! Obama's mother was a proud atheist, and that's the way he was raised (not counting whatever he was in Indonesia as "Barry Soetoro").

The whole "Christian" thing was never anything more than a political prop for Dumbo. That p.o.s. is about as "Christian" as Charles Manson. Fact is, Dumbo knew what he needed to do in order to build his political cred while "community organizing" in the South Side. Wright's "church" was handy and served Obama's purpose.

i think it was actually around 78%, pretty much the same % that voted Clinton in the 90s and Gore in 2000. Kerry slipped a bit to 74% in 2004 but that’s easliy explainable by the prominence of 9/11 and the terrorism issue that pumped up Bush’s vote in the most heavily Jewish areas in the country in NY/NJ and FL. NY/NJ had direct impact from 9/11 and FL had his popular brother as the Governor. Needless to say, all of that was absent in 2008.

McCain got 21% according to the exit poll, 2 pts higher than Bush got in 2000, higher than either Bush41 or Dole got in 90s.

I think if the exonomy hadn’t fallen apart after labor day he’d have gotten a few pts higher and got the same as Bush did in 2004.

But it wouldn’t have changed anything.

I never thought I would live to see a US President that went out of his way to kiss the asses of our enemies while doing everything possible to antagonize our friends.

So, that means you aren't old enough to remember Carter.

ironically if you look at the exit polls, among those voters old enough to have remembered Carter(and even more so LBJ and the liberalism of the 60s) and his administration, McCain won handily.

Unfortunately, there’s a lot of folks around who don’t remembere, too young to have experienced a true liberal President. Clinton had moderate tendencies and after the 94 election he was neutered by the Congress, anyway. Obama is much more leftist than Clinton and has a huge majority.

They’ll just have to learn and hopefully 2012 will end up being like 1980.

People substitute wishful thinking when they buy tickets on “winning horses.” And, when they’re sure they know what’s going to happen in the future.

As to Obama, words don’t amount to a hill of beans. He’s gonna have to learn to “swing his teleprompter” if he wants to hit anything.

And, we’ve seen the same “schtick” before with Carter. (Came 1980, lots of Jews, and blue collar workers, went for Reagan. That’s why Carter lost. And, was near tears when Reagan was sworn in. For Reagan’s first inaugural, he also spent time “praising out system” where power shifts from one man to the other.)

As to Obama’s trip; it was a big nothing. And, by the time he left, Sarkozy and Merkel were fit to be tied! Indeed, that was a stinko suggestion to pull Turkey into the EU. And, it won’t happen!

As to North Korea’s launch, it gave Israel an opening to see how words fail to work. And, anything out of the UN, they’ll be able to handle! Heck, the UN wasn’t even on board Obama’s words to turn on North Korea.

Too bad the republican party can’t fix itself! Look at all the races where we had to hold our noses to vote!

I know quite a few catholics who voted for President Partial-Birth and when you tried to calmly tell them what his views on abortion were, they got very angry. I think it was because they knew what they were doing was wrong.

What does bother me is that the Obamas have young children, and it is really important, IMHO, that the children have a church home. Not enough children are taken to church regularly, and look what is happening to our society.

Then, frankly, you're a better person than I. I will not lose a single moment of peace over how the Obamas raise their children. They will reap what they sow.

Problem is...WE Christians who KNOW that God is against those who are against His chosen people don’t want to have to taste the CONSEQUENCES of our leader’s stupidity.

The US is about to be judged, people. If you think things are bad NOW...
