The cops were very supportive at GOE in DC. While we were on the sidewalks waiting for the freaks to come have their parade, I was leaning on the “sidewalk blocks” holding my flag and a cop came over and told me not to wave my flag “inside” because they like to grab it from your hand and stomp it and/or burn it.

He also stated he knew what kind of trouble THAT would cause (riot anyone?). He then told us if anyone came over and caused trouble, don't take it upon ourselves, just go and tell an officer.

Well.....a man came over and stood w/ us with his 2-3 year old daughter on his shoulders. He started yelling anti-American crapola. We of course did not say a word (his little one was an innocent he used as a shield) so I went over to the 3 officers that were on our corner and told them what was happening.

They removed him immediately (kindly of course).
