they will push this to the SCOTUS which will declare the Church a private organization and as such, can practice discriminatory behavior.
at that point, they will turn to the fedgov and ask if the fedgov supports discriminating organizations... “oh course not” will be the reply.
“then why do you give the Church financial assistance by allowing them to be tax free? they should be the same as every other corporation”
at which point, the fedgov will remove the tax-free status... putting an additional 50%+ on all churches.

Why does DC recognize gay marriage from other states, but doesn’t allow them to be performed in DC?
Are they setting us up for another court case on marriage?
DC is under the federal courts, isn’t it? So a DC marriage lawsuit will be in federal court, not state court? Meaning that it would set us up for federal gay marriage? Am I right? Anybody know?
