The crazy person killed those people... not the guns. If the defenseless people had their OWN guns they could have stopped him faster.

I wonder how many legal guns are owned by Americans. Anybody know? Then I wonder how many legal guns are actually used in the commission of a crime? I bet cars kill or maim a far higher percentage of people than do legal guns.
It would also be interesting to determine how many people are killed or maimed by other weapons—knives, bats, bricks bare hands etc.
