I use the googlw tool bar and I found what you mean: it will not suggest ‘obama bowing’ — interesting.
I did find some stories though.

Gee, it couldn’t have anything to do with Eric Schmidt the CEO of Google attending one of the Bilderberger meetings. I do not believe in this whole one world conspiracy the media keeps talking about. I just tried “Obama bowing” and “Obama bows”.
It doesn't appear to be edited.

I just used google and typed in “Obama bows to Saudi King” and got tons of places including the YouTube of it?

I entered "Obama bowing" and got a whole page of news stories and images of him bowing, just now.
Not only that, but when I entered the search words and got as far as "obama bowi__" it filled the rest in to make "Obama bowing".
Give it a shot and see what you get.
