This is not related to the death cult. ULFA, the perpetrators here, is a terrorist group in India’s northeast state of Assam. They want independence from India. Initially the movement was indigenous and had support of the locals. However, over the years the group formed links with foreign terrorist groups and lost support of the local population. Today, it wouldnt be a surprise if they are linked with Al Queda. Further, these groups have support of Chinese as well who find it in their interest to keep India on the boil! China is also associated with notorious elements in Pakistan when it comes to India in particular and South Asia in general!
