Soros talks too much. I’m sure he’s making a profit on this crisis somehow.
___________
Of course he is. He said he did.

My thoughts exactly.
He has also been convicted of insider trading in France.

By Peter Lattman
France’s highest court upheld George Soros’s conviction of almost two decades ago in an insider-trading case that involved his trading in French bank Societe Generale. His lawyer, Paris-based Ron Soffer, said they would appeal the Court of Cassation’s ruling to the European Court of Human Rights because the length of the case has kept Soros from getting a fair trial.
(snip)
Convicted 20 years ago. WHy are we even allowing him to do business in this country?

If by “manipulating markets” you mean taking advantage of arbitrage opportunities created by stupid public policies then yeah. There’s a lot to disagree with Soros about but making money off of public officials’ stupidity isn’t one of them

Soros was a Nazi-collaborator who would gladly send all of his fellow Jews to the ovens to make a buck.

He's a citizen.

Is that a fact? Not questioning you at all. Only asking because I recently read he was not a citizen. I did a search and I decided it was Yes, No, or Maybe so.

AT any rate, if he was convicted of insider trading in France I would think it would be enough to restrict business here. Of course, he is richer than all of us and probably owns those who make the decisions.

I googled it and found that Forbes listed him as one of the 100 richest men. The bio described him as a U.S. Citizen.

Sorry, I don’t have the link anymore.
