PRAGUE – Just hours after North Korea launched a long-range rocket, President Barack Obama called for "a world without nuclear weapons" and said the United States has a “moral responsibility ” to lead the way, as the only nation ever to use them.

Speaking to Iran, the other nation widely thought to be pursuing nuclear weapons, Obama reiterated his campaign pledge to engage the Tehran regime, winning applause for saying, “We believe in dialogue.”

No, what it will take is the development of new weaponry that will render nukes as obsolete as the pike and battle ax are today in warfare.
Years ago I had a political science professor who described that kind of thinking as “my mother’s theory of geopolitics”.
They have evaluated him and found him to be a weakling. His weakness will lead to bolder actions on the part of America’s enemies abroad.

The line "we believe in dialogue" sounds good only to those who are stuck in a pre-9/11 mentality, and who cannot comprehend the intentions of Islamofascists. After Obama dismantles our security apparatus put in place by Bush/Cheney and as a result we're hit with another major terrorist attack the slogan "we believe in dialogue" won't be nearly as popular, to put it mildly.
I guess he’s running for Resident of Euroweenies too.
If Bibi was not yet convinced about having to take the nukes away from Iran on his own, well he should be convinced now.

Being fluent in Obonics, I can interpret this:
