Who says the Cold War is over? Russia's building nukes for Iran, sending rockets to Hamas and Hezbollah, supplying missiles to Syria, and putting warships in the Carribean for the first time since the (first) Cold War. Who says the Cold War is over???

Or, that it ever really ended. Just look at Putin. The players, and the goals are the same — only the names have changed (that and they had to let go of a bit to re-solidify their nation after their “mistakes”). They were stretched too thin at the time to maintain necessary control of the people...
