This is surprising coming from the guardian, is it not? The world is laughing at us.
The only times the world has seen Obama prior to the G20, TOTUS was running the show. Bush is a more eloquent off-the-cuff speaker than is the Boy King.
Well at least some see through the veener....
Maybe we, as a country, are just a little too “globally” intertwined and we should become just a little more self-sufficient.
Was his mini-promptor (his Blackberry inoperable in Europe?)
Yo, Hussein, same as American dvds, American teleprompters don’t work in England.
ABC’s George Staffahumpalots will give him an A++ for the answer.
He’s not much more articulate than the teenage beauty pageant contestant trying to explain why kids don’t know geography.
Axelrod: Would a cool $10M let it happen within a month? A $5M bonus for being TV-ready in two weeks!
(Hackable) Wireless won't work; it'll have to be fibre optic.

He’s slipping. He should have just said “Bush” and stopped there.
Where was Totus when you need it? Unacceptable.
We must demand an apology from Totus. Our president should never be left to have to answer any unplanted question at any time without benefit of scolling text.
If only Obama had not given away the Ipod to the Queen, he might have been able to simply play a prerecorded speech from the campaign baming Bush.
Again, that old teleprompter thingie ...
Maybe eventually, the world will figure out that The Teleprompter is a phony.
Yes even the Brit liberal rag reporters actually do their job. They have a far better grip on what actually happens in our country than our “cheeeleading squad”.
I do wonder if the NY Times and Wash Post guys ever realize just how woefully sorry they look by comparison.
That was painful to read.

He's talking about our Obama...”Barack Hussein Obama”, a/k/a Barry Sotero, THE President of the United State Obama — that Obama????????
And this guy has just returned from an assignment in the Himalayas, right? He's never really gotten to hear the President's unscripted answers and that's why he's a little confused, right?
As with this post earlier on the FR forum page it’s quite obvious “The One” hasn’t a clue as to what is going either in the recent past, nor historically, thus the necessity of being either wired, or teleprompted by the designers of his surreptitious Presidency to respond as directed.

“President Change is in London with a bunch of other world leaders at the G20 summit, trying to save the world! A reporter asked him if his meetings represented a “break” from Bush’s foreign policy.
Obama’s answer: Golly, I don’t know! “I didn’t accompany, uh, President Bush on his various summits, so I don’t know, uh, how he was operating, and I won’t, uh, warn against warrant a guess on that.””
If he had brought his teleprompter with him, the reporters would have been able to read his answers directly from it.
