TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The United States ex rel. hereby notoriously inter pleads in the above entitled case for the purpose of formally declaring insolvency as to obligations allegedly payable to the Federal Reserve Banks.
Said obligations have been tentatively identified to include all United States Government securities of which the Federal Reserve Banks are presently holders in due course, including but not limited to all evidence(s) of such alleged indebtedness presently in official records now in the legal custody of the Bureau of the Public Debt in the United States Department of the Treasury in Washington, D.C. The Internet website of said Bureau of the Public Debt is here:

Oh yeah, it’s from a website Supreme Law run by some guy in Spokane. And they are even asking for donations ...
Can’t possibly be true. Obama is president. He fixes everything...the magic negro.
I clicked on supreme law and it goes to the court document!
Ummm..., one word comes to mind... “nutcase”... LOL...

[... one of the problems of the Internet; like the New Yorker cartoon said, years ago, the two dogs talking to one another — one said “No one knows you’re a dog on the Internet.” Well..., no one knows that you’re “certifiably crazy”, either, on the Internet... LOL...]
Garbage suit by a “private attorney general.”
There’s no law on the books allowing the U.S. government to declare bankruptcy.
Hubby says he thinks this is guy is a crank. The phrase “private attorney general” gives it away. He is doing this lawsuit as a public service and expects to get paid when he wins. If he wins, that is, which seems doubtful.
Might be I don’t know!
what exactly is the point here..
DON’T GIVE ‘EM ANY IDEAS!!......lmao
What do you mean?
We are over our head in Debt?
What do Miss Cleo and David Icke think of this case?
Somehow I don’t think China would accept a bankruptcy notice.
LOL,,,Ask Dave what a “Paper Hanger” is...:0)
I don’t know what this is about? Maybe publicity or something like the birth certificate lawsuits! Maybe he is trying to force the United States to show their hand!
Signatures, and any official “stamp” appears nowhere on this document. Is there any other link on his site that shows a scan of the actual document submitted to the court, or ANY OFFICIAL documentation? Replicating a supposed document via HTML as he has done provides no proof of authenticity.
The man who is posting this is a “self-taught” lawyer, who doesn’t claim any type of license or degree on his resume. I didn’t see a notice of passing a bar exam either... Not sure if that is relevant — I know people can present themselves pro se, but he said he worked for a law firm...
Strange to say the least. Don’t know exactly what this would mean though (I know what insolvent means, but what happens then...).
I wonder if Turbo Tax Tim can figure this one out?
I'm going to prisonplanet.com right now to check this out.

It means that he’s a nut.
