PHOENIX -- Barack Obama was not able to accept the White Sox invitation to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at Monday's Opening Day contest against the Royals.

President Obama will not get a chance to tour this new area on Monday, with the White Sox receiving the official news from the White House on Tuesday. But, according to White Sox vice president of communications Scott Reifert, Obama has a standing offer for the first pitch anytime during the 2009 season.
"It's wide open for him," said Reifert with a laugh of President Obama throwing out the first pitch. "The biggest challenge is his schedule, but he can name the day."

Yeah it is hard to read a ball across the plate. But a ball game could deliver a huge BOO incident as well, I bet that is what the his highness is dodging..
It could be trouble if he tried to speak and started reading numbers off the scoreboard, or the ads on the outfield wall....

The POTUS is unable to throw out the first pitch because he is too busy running his car company.
And the color of the ball is just so racist...
He can shoot a basteball. With a limp wrist, but he can shoot it. Hell, I think that swish from three point land in Iraq is what won him the presidency.
