English is not a bad language, overall, but I must say I truly prefer American.

I think they should deliver the test in Georgian. Maybe Russian too, if you want to avoid another invasion.

It will never pass legal muster. You can’t claim that English is required to safely drive the roads since it’s established law that literacy itself cannot be a requirement and those who cannot read MUST be given a verbal test.

Gets my vote! If you can't speak or read English how are you going to read road signs?

I hope Georgia is going to get serious about illegal immigrants.

Ya reckon that if’n the test aint given in nuttin but English dat only English speakin’ folks from Georgia will be able to drive down yonder?

Dang time that someone stood up fer proper English instead of that other jibberish that them other folks talk.

it is a measure of our collective madness that heretofore driving tests have been in other languages.

But, I’ve been called names when pointing out the absurdity of such a formulation for drivers.

How can you drive if you are illiterate in English.
