The turnout for the primary was 15%. She can easily win if a high number of Republicans turn out.
Since this is Rahm’s seat, this becomes a huge signal back to Washington about what we think of them. Unfortunately, the GOP isn’t even helping her with the election, from my understanding. And she is running as a Republican.
I hate the GOP.
