A political appointment to stop all new building development. The Corp has a lot to say about what is a wetland and how or if land can be developed. She will make sure virtually nothing gets developed.

I love the fact that they think it is a resume enhancer to create environmental policy through the tax code.

I for one have to say that I think it’s a great idea to prop up unsustainable business practices and punish profitable and desirable businesses using our tax code, don’t you? [/sarc]
