They've tried that before, and look what happened.
They need to breed a rib eye that comes prepackaged in personal sizes, like 12-16 ounces, that can be cooked in a microwave in under a minute and come out rare-medium rare and juicy.
I have no need to make a phone call with a cow. BTDT. Not fun.
It is not marketable and only a geek would think it was cool. Steak should communicate only one thing - Mmmm, I am good eating.
I know a guy who works in that lab and he gave me a tour. I saw the ones from the video but those are not the only hybrids they have. The place is amazing.
