I agree with you about McCain's gang.
But Bush's mismanagement of Middle Eastern foreign policy, his idiotic plan for missiles in eastern Europe, his trust of Putin, his failure on the Mexican border and with illegal aliens, his sponsorship of the first flawed bail out plan, his economic budgetary screw-ups, the Harriet Miers scam, etc, etc., set the ground work for the failure of the Republicans in 2006 and 2008.
NO MORE BUSHES - EVER!!!
Sure, he made a number of errors, but don’t those failures seem trivial compared to what we’re seeing now?
The Democrats are creating an unprecedented opportunity for GOP victories, but that will not happen for as long as the GOP refuses to abandon its vacant existence.
There is not one identifiable candidate that I believe can take the party forward to a victory in 2012. Today’s ‘hopefuls’ should be the norm, not the exception.
Amen to your post!
I could go on...no more Bushes!
In the big picture, the worst and most long-lasting thing Bush did was countenance the illegals. Demographics are destiny and the fact is that new immigrants vote Left, period. Take a look at the Pew Political Typology surveys if you want to be scared and/or disgusted.
