If the people of NC were truly concerned about this maybe they wouldn’t elect so many soft on crime legislators. Just like electing Obama. What do people expect?? Been a long time since NC has had a Republican governor too. So of course your more liberal officials will be softer on crime.

...when they go to Community College they’ll go straight after the girls....I’ve seen this before when the cons get bussed to an AA meeting....and the strange thing is that there’ll be some women that will go for them....give ‘em money,sex, a place to stay when they get out, buy ‘em a gun....and work two jobs to do it!
