Obama cannot constitutionally pardon his terrorist buddy. Unfortunately, the thug in our White House, despite being a former US Senator and former constitutional law professor, seems to have little interest in or respect for the Constitution except as a tool for undermining freedom and individual rights.

As you, I do not think he, or the corrupt Congress, cares a wit about the Constitution. It is just an obstacle to be circumvented at will, with NO recourse or accountability. Lying and the breaking of written law is of zero consequence to this mob.
It is surreal, but if these two dirtbags killed this officer, I hope they are rotting in a federal prison ASAP.
Not so sure about that. Dictators such as Hitler, Stalin, and Hussein showed no remorse at having their former friends who helped them to power murdered when they no longer served a profitable purpose.

San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris hasn’t prosecuted a cop killer to death in SF to date. She is on the record as saying she would not seek the death penalty against a cop killer in 2004 so there’s zero reason she would now. She’s also made a campaign promise that she would not seek the death penalty if elected. She’s the first African American elected as District Attorney in California and a huge fan on nObama. She’s also a candidate for AG of CA.

Doesn’t mean it’s not worth trying though. The trial could cost them a fortune. And, who knows, they might could do some time before Obama pardons them. And, by that time, they could be broke and homeless. hehehehhehe
Ayers has friends in high places.
Its easy enough for prosecutors to make legal “errors” to let anyone slide on charges. There wouldn’t have to be any pardons from Obama.
Now, if Ayers and Doehrn make a critical mistake and decide to try and escape- and get shot for the effort, Obama, Holder and Jan Reno won’t be able to save them. Same if they despair and hang themselves in their jail cells while awaiting legal action.
Bernadine Dohrn is going down - PERP WALK. It is only a matter of time. Let’s see if she goes back underground before any indictments come down.
Ayers could also be charged with aiding and abetting a murder, conspiracy to commit murder, possesion of illegal explosives, etc.
Hopefully we will soon be saying, “Guilty as hell, NOT free as a bird.”
