Ayers has friends in high places.
Its easy enough for prosecutors to make legal “errors” to let anyone slide on charges. There wouldn’t have to be any pardons from Obama.
Now, if Ayers and Doehrn make a critical mistake and decide to try and escape- and get shot for the effort, Obama, Holder and Jan Reno won’t be able to save them. Same if they despair and hang themselves in their jail cells while awaiting legal action.
