PORTLAND, Ore. Kroger supermarkets is recalling 10-ounce packages of pistachios sold in Texas and 30 other states over fears of possible salmonella contamination.

It was reported that these nuts originated in California....hmmmm, wonder how many illegals are working the nut farms
Whew! I just finished a bag of pistachios from Kroger. Looking into this further, the recall is for the nuts in cans, so I’m safe. :)
Ok, I went to the Kroger site and found this:

Affected in Smith’s and Fred Meyer stores.
Reason: These products may be contaminated with Salmonella and, if eaten, could result in severe illness to those individuals with a weakened immune system.
So tools can be infected with Salmonella?
Ahh, memories. I recall the hot peanuts we used to buy at baseball games.
Hummm...You might want to ask Bush, from Texas, since he aided and abetted and publicly encourage this illegal invasion of our country, making citizenship all but pointless.
