Only my speculation: It's possible that FR won't answer on this. If they say "yes" then that could prompt some idiot to test it. Saying "no" is just foolish.
So, although I also wonder I must assume that FR is a sophisticated site with sophisticated techniques for self-preservation. IMHO.
