I know Navajo FRY bread.

Yum. My wife used to work as a cashier at the frybread booth at the Festival of the American West. She has a thing for frybread.

Now that I've moved to California, it's harder to find. I'm only aware of one restaurant in our surrounding area that sells Navajo tacos. However, there is an occasional pow-wow here in town that brings a few vendors. The wife usually drags me out to them for frybread or Navajo tacos.

Get some really good stuff at the Twin Rocks Cafe (http://www.twinrockscafe.com/) in Bluff, UT.

Made with Blue Bird Flour - the ONLY kind Most Navajo cooks will use!
