I wouldn't put it past Obama and Eric Holder to help those trying to prosecute the Bush administration officials...Obama has a serious case of Bush Derangement Syndrome. I didn't listen to his comments on Afghanistan the other day, but Charles Krauthammer complained of the way he injected a gratuitous slap at the Bush administration into the remarks.

The only thing that will stop the Obama team from helping the loons in Spain is if they think it wouldn't go over well with the public.

It doesn’t matter that we don’t torture prisoners, and that the enemy doesn’t keep prisoners for more than a couple of hours, the time it takes to set up the video cam so they can film themselves executing the prisoner, separating his head from his shoulders with a knife.

No one wants to be the one to serve the subpoena on the head-choppers, so they will content themselves with going after people they know won’t hurt them.

It will give US citizens the right to arrest him, his administration, and Congress on Constitutional violations by any US sovereign state.

Please, don’t get my hopes up!
