...I agree, great read. You mention law suit. Been thinking about the AIG employees VS acorn debacle. Isn’t conspiracy to incite a riot against the law? Maybe I’m reaching to far, but congress and POSPOTUS comments put those people in harms way...
A truth spoken by one who has lived it. And something we should all keep in mind. I would dread as much, a military coup d'etat as I dread a continuance of the arrogance of Fedgov, Incorporated. Either way, "We the People" are the losers...

Then Feb. came and so did my birthday. Again, dinner was highly strained. So far off in la-la land was she. I think it is a form of denial. Her sister is very conservative and had passed the book Liberal Fascism to her. She read it and passed it on to her daughter and then finally to her. I asked what her thoughts were on it. She claimed to have not bothered to read it, before returning it to me. Some don't want to admit what we're losing and some cheer its loss.
I have not spoken to her since Feb. In some ways I think it is because I have changed. I decided months ago before the election to be seen & heard. Silent majority no more. Like my tagline, I started making real choices.
It’s really difficult when so many are swayed by “feel good” politics rather than truth. It’s even more difficult when we have history and even current governments that are demonstrations of what NOT to do. And the deluded always answer, “It’s never worked because it hasn’t been tried by us”. That will never happen to me/us is a common delusion used by people who practice unsafe lifestyles. We just have to keep trying by telling the truth.
I would think that might be a good route for them, but I'm not a lawyer so don't know if they would have a case.
However, I do know that it is illegal to single out an individual or group to be taxed differently than others. So I kept thinking they should have kept their bonuses and sued the IRS or Congress for taxing them 90%.
Those bonuses were in their legal contracts, congress put in the bailout bill that those bonuses were to be paid, and some of the bonuses recipients worked for $1.00 with the bonus as the rest of their pay, etc....then to tax them 90% out of so-called outrage would not set well with the courts.
Thank you, I agree.
