I remember 2 times, traveling down the road to the store seeing a dead gator on the side of the street....freshly killed...red blood....only to find it GONE on the way back from the store.
Had it at the Gulf Shores Shrimp Festival a couple of years ago. Tasted a lot like chicken. (Or at least the chicken the gator ate.)
