A lawsuit filed on behalf of Ambassador Alan Keyes, a candidate for president on California's general election ballot last year, challenging President Obama's eligibility to hold office under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution will be appealed, according to a lawyer working on the case. WND reported earlier on the case being filed and then again when a judge dismissed it after concluding apparently anyone can run for president on the California ballot whether or not they are eligible under the Constitution of the United States.

Is this Gary Kreeps case. Keyes is a good man.
Ping!
In other words, since there are no standards for establishing eligibility, Barack's failure to prove his eligibility is no bar. Why even bother with the Constitution anymore?
Exactly...The constitution has become a mere inconvenience nothing more.
It’s pretty obvious the guy is ineligible; there’s no other reasonable explanation for his refusal to release a certificate that would immediately render all of the lawsuits moot. He should have done it when the first suit was filed, but instead he fought it and all that followed, incurring legal fees that would be entirely unnecessary if he were actually eligible. This isn’t rocket science, and a “constitutional scholar” such as Obama would have known this from day one. Conclusion: Obama’s an illegal alien and must be removed from office.
“...a constitutional scholar such as Obama would have known this from day one”
And what is interesting, is that Keyes is a “constitutional scholar” as well, (a real one, with a PhD in the subject). I am biased about the guy, but it would certainly be difficult to call him a racist for bringing the lawsuit, as it would be just as hard to say that he did not have standing.
All in all, it is just delicious!
I think almost the opposite is true. Barry's legal expenses are almost certainly covered through his $700+M campaign warchest, irrespective any legal proscription. I'm sure he's felt not one iota of wont because of these lawsuits.
Dhims are uniquely and extraordinarily competent when wielding lawsuits--even those filed by their opponents--against their enemies. Barry is content to let his opponents spend out the wazzoo, while his minions see to such punitive responses as getting the State Department contractors who looked up Obmabi and Hillary's pass port records fired.
This empty suit of the most powerful man in the world isn't about to let a few legal system petitions geting in his way.

I would love to be able to break into the office where this birth certificate is being held and steal it just to see what it says then take it to someone who would finally expose O for the fraud he is.
I’d like to see some big $$$ rewards offered. Maybe that would shake things up a little.
I've heard this, and I've heard that the lawsuits are being defended pro bono.
What infuriates me about all of this, even if Zero really was born in Hawaii and the BC furor is a non-issue, is that you don't really know, and I don't really know, NO ONE apparently really knows, who's defending this guy and what it's costing. I keep asking complete strangers on the internet what they know, and all they can reply with is speculation. Not because they're stupid or won't answer - it's because we don't have a real media that will look into even that simple question.
Even if the BC IS a non-issue, even if you think the people who even raise the question are kooks, the information about who is defending 0bama IS an issue. It IS important. Why don't we know this? It's maddening. You can be DAMN sure we'd have an accounting for every penny expended if this were Bush and the situation was the same. And the rumors would be flying that it was Blackwater or Halliburton that was funding the suits.
This is not going away. When he is ousted I want all who lied for him to be accountable and shown to the world. We’re going to win this and bring order to this madness. I have opposed all this Marxist usurper from Kenya has said or done.
