And what about all those AK-47’s that Yugo Chavez supposedly bought for the Venezuelan army? Ending up in Mehico?

Logical sensible question, but it isn't about logic or common sense, it's about any BS rhetoric that can be taken by the anti-gunners' lickspittle accomplices in the media and keep the drumbeat going. This isn't about logic it's about gathering all of the power into the hands of the government, and as Mao said "power grows like a flower out of the barrel of a gun." They want all of those flowers growing under the control of their JBTs.
