Thanks for the ping — I have now read the article and every post. I don’t like this semi-sanctioned lynch mob concept that has developed, particularly as ACORN stands to get squillions of dollars stimulus money. I can only hope that your tax dollars didn’t pay for these lowlifes to threated the AIG executives.

All of that said, it seems like Law Enforcement is looking into this — it will be interesting to see what they come up with.

Here in NZ, “Uttering a Threat” can get a perp 7 years in gaol — and our gaols aren’t very nice places at all. No doubt you have similar laws in the US.

Thank you for taking the time to read this through.

As many here have pointed out, so much is happening so very fast you can’t keep your eye on the ball under the cup.

As conservatives in America we need to check our emotions at the door and honor our core principals. A contract is a contract. Congress issued a piece of legislation honoring those contracts. Like it or not our word has to mean something. Making sure it doesn’t happen going forward, absolutely. Making these people out to be criminals? Not so much.

I would hope that your prisons aren’t nice. What’s the point in punishing people if you’re just sending them to Club Med?
