Public health workers launched an aggressive screening campaign among a dozen bars in the Castro and South of Market neighborhoods. Altogether 237 bar employees were screened - 4 percent were positive.

Homosexuals, out of control legal and illegal immigration
from primitive third world counties, AIDS, drug use, unhealthy lifestyles --------------> TB.

Counties should be countries. But then again many California counties are starting look like primitive third world counties.

No mystery here.

First, The weather on the San Francisco peninsula has been promoting TB since the dawn of time. The Mission Delores was a failure because TB laid low many of the indigenous peoples designated to work the mission farms.

Secound, HIV is an open invitation for TB to take up residence. The correlation, worldwide, is indisputable. Those with AIDS on the peninsula will soon host TB.
