I have to believe that the restrictions apply only when you are “on the clock”. Otherwise it would never pass constitutional muster.

But while we are at it, I want to see an amendment added making it illegal to deputize them and or to require them to carry a firearm or to issue them a firearm in the course of their job.

The restrictions are bizarre. Government employees are not subject to them and it makes no sense for a kid doing slave labor to be subjected to them at all. It's not like they are gong to be "on the clock".

One of the big problems we will all have with the Obamaistas is that so few of them have any connection to the real world. It's like they start the day by kicking back with a little cocaine or something.
