Here's the scoop for this administration in Washington and how they pick their employees for the DC jobs:

Requirements and Qualifications to work for the Government in 2009:

1)All applicants must first take an IQ test - the one with the lowest score becomes president.

2) The others with the next lowest scores get considered for high appointments in the government.

3) If any of those has committed a crime - that gives them bonus points. Especially if they caused a financial problem, or run a business into the ground, or has not paid their taxes they will be next selected to hold government positions.

4) Weed out anyone who believes in the Constitution. The govt. can't have anyone working for them who opposes government take-overs of business, banks, freedoms.

5) A big plus for their employment by this administration is if they are convincing liars. The bigger tale they can tell and get away with it, the better. This administration needs qualified, professional liars most.

6. Make sure they know how to whine and point fingers and create diversions. You do not want people who can handle the heat and accept responsability themselves. They have to be cowards who blame everyone (particularly the Republicans) else.

Ok folks, add your own qualifications for Obama administration jobs.
