Well, we stockholders are just sitting by doing nothing. We are not jumping up and complaining. We are letting this all happen with nary a complaint.

Yes, there’s definitely a fear factor. Of course, they more timid they are, the bolder he becomes. It’s the usual story of the neighborhood bully.
