Yep, Borntobeagle, it looks like your eyes are open, and your ears are hearing this correctly! Pray that more people are awakened to what is going on here... It's not good... Not at all...
People will think this is merely another “volunteer” program, but what it is is far, far worse. Volunteers do not go live in camps and wear uniforms and remain in a PERMANENT CADRE and remain at the beck and call of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
Seeing as only 14 Republicans voted against this I can say it's safe to assume that almost the entire Congressional Delegation sitting in Washington D.C. right now have SOLD US OUT. They are no longer “working for the people” they are “working for Obama”. Except for the 14 voting against this — they have ALL voted to rip to shreds part of our Constitution (especially the House that voted for that feasibility study — why would you NEED a study to tell you that making participation in this SECURITY FORCE mandatory violates the 13th Amendment - you know the SLAVERY LAWS?)
There is nothing innocent about these actions. The one thing that people in the U.S. need to wrap their heads around is that there is PURE EVIL in this world. Too many (myself included) try to look for the good in everyone... Well, my FRiends, power corrupts even the best people. Even those you think you can trust - when they are deeply involved in politics you can't really trust any of them. That's just the atmosphere that one finds themselves in when they get to D.C.... Everyone there is looking out for their own personal interests, and how best to preserve their jobs vs. doing their job to preserve and protect our Constitution, and the people... As I said - even the good ones are at EXTREME risk of being pulled into things they wouldn't normally support for a wide variety of reasons.
Some of these people proposing these bills that rip our Constitution to shreds ARE EVIL. They are NOT interested in the welfare of our country or its people. They see the destruction of the US as a means to an end — a world government. The Communists think they'll be in charge, and the Radical Islamics think that “Allah” will let them defeat the Communists. Some of you will remember what I said earlier — there is probably a 50%+ chance that Obama is not a true Communist, but is instead MORE beholden to his Arab brothers. Either way it's bad, of course. But, if Obama comes out on the side of the Muslims, then the Russians, China, etc... will NOT be too pleased...
EVERY last one of them, all 435, already ripped the Constitution to shreds in early January when every one of them voted to certify the so-called election of the Kenyan Usurper.

Congress has been self-serving for a long time. The state legislatures are trying their best to immulate them. We the people better get our act together and pay close attention, very close attention to the Feds and the local and state governmet.
