On now...
He sounds very emotional.
Found out about commutation from a radio program.
I didn’t follow this too closely, but I recall they did some shady things to cover their butts like disposing of their shell casings, lying to supervisors and filing false investigative report[s].
Well, he served more than enough time, far as I’m concerned.
I will add that I would have liked to have seen Mr. Bush pardon the gentlemen.
It was not reported, which was a supervisor’s responsibility, not the agent.
They did not lie to anyone.
They did not file any false reports.
Compean did pick up some shell casings; Ramos did not.
There is a lot of misinformation out there, mostly coming from the US Attorney.
Beware of repeating lies.
The broadcast may be archived on the website, if anyone is interested.
RAMOS/COMPEAN Ping
Please freepmail me if you want on or off this list.

You should have stopped your post at “I didn’t follow this too closely”. That way you could have spared us yet one more recitation of the lies used in prosecuting them.
BUT, IMHO the interviews I have heard are not doing them any good. They need a good lawyer ... one smart enough to put a PR guy on this.
What I am saying is that I want Sutton punished in some way and the obvious connections between the suborned witness, his gang, and certain BP agents made public.
What about suppression of exculpatory evidence, the hiding of the witness' crimes while under immunity? This ought to be worth The Big Lotto.
In addition, now is a good time to honestly review what the hell actually happened, the involvement of supervisors, etc.
