Government Again Concedes Vaccines Cause Autism
The Voice magazine ^ | March 23, 2009 | Peter Nilsson

Generation Rescue, Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey’s Los Angeles-based non-profit autism organization, today announced that the United States Government has once again conceded that vaccines cause autism. The announcement comes on the heels of the recently unsealed court case of Bailey Banks vs. HHS. The ruling states, “The Court found that Bailey would not have suffered this delay but for the administration of the MMR vaccine…a proximate sequence of cause and effect leading inexorably from vaccination to PDD [Autism].”

In a curious and hypocritical method of operation, the mysterious Vaccine Court not only protects vaccine makers from liability but supports a policy that has tripled the number of vaccines given to U.S. children – all after being made aware of the fact that these vaccines do, in fact, cause autism and repeatedly ruling in favor of families with children hurt by their vaccines.

MMR vaccine is a “3-in-1” vaccine that protects against measles, mumps, and rubella

The “Vaccine Court” is a no-fault system.

misleading and junk reporting by the the website that published that article. A court ruling isn’t scientific evidence that vaccines cause autism. A court ruled that silicon caused women health problems. It was based on junk science and misleading testimony. The British doctor who first said there was a connection was found to have doctored his data. And Jenny McCarthy is a fool She has no scientific background and she’s just used as a tool to get out false information. She rails against mercury, the #2 most toxic neurotoxin yet praises and uses the #1 neurotoxin widely known as Botox.

She’s a fool.

BS. However the use of illegal “recreational” drugs and alcohol by the mother has been proven to affect the developing fetus

A court ruling isn’t scientific evidence that vaccines cause autism.

You're right about that! And in this case, not only isn't it scientific evidence, that's not even what the court said - the court ruled that the vaccine caused Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM).

ADEM is a rare but known complication of vaccination or apparently benign viral infections. One source I found gave the incidence from all causes as .4 per 100,000 per year, and said that most children with ADEM recover completely.

So the court did not rule that the vaccination caused autism or an autism spectrum disorder.

I can’t believe people are still falling for the vaccine-autism scam. Give it up people, you are hurting children by scaring parents into not getting their kids vaccinated.

Actually, they recently discovered the evidence for an autism-vaccine link was faked.

Perhaps “truthnomatterwhat” is a vaccine conspiracy troll. Look at his/her Free Republic registration date.

It’s sad when young children turn out to be autistic. There is a family in my neighborhood where that happened. The mother (a leftist) is completely devoted to the notion that this unfortunate tragedy was caused by vaccine makers.

Some people have a need to assign blame to others because they cannot accept the world as it is.

If this is the case, there should be millions and millions and millions and millions and millions and millions and millions and millions and millions of childern developing autism. It’s like second hand smoke—if second hand smioke is just as dangerous as first hand smoke, wouldn’t there be just as many people with problems than those who who smoked?
