” he thought it was illegal. “

Without enough caffiene in my system to explore the semantic difference between ‘illegal’ and ‘unconstitutional’ in this context —

I guess my question is whether signing a patently unconstitutional (by his own implicit, if not explicit, admission) bill into law puts Obama in violation of his (twice-taken) oath to “preserve, protect, and defend the *Constitution*” - and are there any sanctions available to us great unwashed should this come to pass??

Historians and constitutional scholars feel free to chime in here.... ;~)

Uncle it may be a lack of caffiene, but not on your part.

I just read your post again and your post was quite clear, my head wasn't.

Neither an historian nor a Constitutional scholar, but after a life time of watching these clowns, I will bet that he won’t sign it, but instead will seek regulatory changes to accomplish the same goal.

Don’t watch the hand moving the walnut shells; watch the one that is reaching for the knife.
