Unequal taxation, equal distribution of Loot

If 5% of the people pay 90% of the taxes, and an AIG bonus is considered tax revenue that needs to be taken back, if Congress only takes 90% of it back, aren't they disenfranchising 95% of the people?

Yes. 95% are 10% disenfranchised.

but keep in mind that 75% of statistics are wrong.
