This buggery of the taxpayers is being repeated on a scale 10X, state by state, thanks to “The One”. Governor Palin just spit it back in the Dems faces; bless her heart. Alaska’s already too beholden to the Federal government as a developing frontier striving for self-dependence...so that had to be damned hard to turn down.
The General Accounting Office has just been back stabbed like the INS was (spoons to erect a barrier against a tsunami). The era of Bread and Circuses is upon us.
