WASHINGTON President Barack Obama says treasury secretary is one job that's not up for grabs.
In an interview with CBS' "60 Minutes" Obama said that if Treasury chief Timothy Geithner offered his resignation, the answer would be, "Sorry buddy, you've still got the job."

Obama says treasury secretary’s job is secure
If I were Timmy, I’d be polishing my resume (and/or changing my name and appearance).
TOTUS, in the interview taped Friday, says he’s been in office “ 40 whole days.”
I wonder what calendar he’s using ?
Or maybe since he only works half days
and takes every weekend off,
with an occasional three day thrown in,
plus days off during the week-
that could be right by his schedule.
the mortgage and Wall Street mess were created by Democrats, but the loony left thinks that every corporate board and all CEO’s are Republicans!
Nearly everyone arrested in the last 2 years, for financial crimes, has been a Democrat.
Nearly every mortgage firm that got in trouble was run by Democrats.
And, all of the lenders were doing what the Democrats in Congress forced them to do: Make bad loans!
When Clinton said this the guy was history.
So is Obama claiming this as one of the jobs he’s “created or saved?”
Were this a Republican president, the msm would be frothing at the mouth every day, demanding that such an incompetent Sec. of the Treasury be fired. Of course, Geithner would never have gotten the job in the first place when his tax cheating was discovered because the msm would have seen to that.
The msm is so heavily into their Obama worship that they will do whatever it takes to help him keep those phony poll numbers up.
"My (uh)(ah) second term is (er)(ah) inevitable".
"So, (ah) I (er) will be back"
Nobody can ever accuse Nobama of learning from his mistakes.
Michael Bloomberg is bucking for the job. Every other word he utters is a suck-up to Obama.
Have you read about TOTUS’s Geithner connection?...here...

I doubt TIC will throw Tiny Tim under the bus. He’s drivin’ it like he’s takin’ lil’ Tim to school.
I have noticed a reluctance of potential workers not willing to hitch their future to the Obama machine. They can tell it would be a bad career move.
Yeah. He did. Different situation though. Daschle backed out. It was easy to pile on then.
