I would like to put out an action call across America and get priests, pastors and everybody who believes in righteousness to come stand up for a pastor jailed for abortion activism and get the trumped-up charges dropped. It is incredible that an individual can be sentenced to a month of jail for exercising his right to free speech on a sidewalk.
Rev. Walter Hoye of Berkeley, California, was ordered to serve 30 days in county jail by Judge Stuart Hing of the Alameda Superior Court. Rev. Hoye had been found guilty Jan. 15, 2009, of "unlawfully approaching" two persons entering an abortion clinic in Oakland. Judge Hing had also ordered him to stay one hundred yards away from the abortion clinic for three years. However, Rev. Hoye refused this term of probation and would not agree to a stay-away order. He was not granted bail and was taken into custody immediately; even persons of serious felonies are released pending their sentence.
It's time for conservatives to draw a line in the sand and say "no more!" Is it time for America and good people everywhere to take a stand for God, mankind and decency? It's time to go on the offense. "Conservatism" has no meaning anymore. There is nothing left to conserve.

God bless Rev. Hoye and all those who stand in defense of the killing of innocent babies. As a part of the current 40 Days for Life campaign, I have personally witnessed a woman who calls out to every single person entering the abortion clinic. She lets them know that it is not too late to turn back and that there is help in the prolife center just a few short feet away. When a person feels the conviction of God to stand in defense of these babies, it is difficult to turn off that conviction and allow women to sashay on into the building without at least hearing of another possible solution to their “problem.” May God bless every single Rev. Hoye out there. One day we will all stand before our Maker and be called upon to report what we did to end this atrocity. I am hoping we all have an answer that glorifies God.
God will surely bless this pastor, and the lambs around the throne will sing his praises.

And my source was not really that source—I was contacted by an activist, and put together a compilation of what had been sent me. I believe the fact that he is black is relevant on several points.
So, what’s happening in front of the abortion clinic? Walter is in black wearing a baseball cap that says “Got Jesus?” on the front while standing on a public sidewalk in front of an abortion clinic in Oakland, California. Additionally, he is holding literature, carrying a sign that says: “Jesus [God] loves you and your baby. Let us help you.” To those entering the abortion clinic Walter says: “Good morning, may I talk to you about alternatives to the clinic.” The others on the public sidewalk with Walter, wearing orange vests are volunteering as abortion clinic escorts.
These abortion clinic escorts are purposefully blocking Walter’s person and sign with their blank signs. The video clips below are taken from the interactions between Walter and the abortion clinic escorts on Tuesday, April 29th, 2008 and Tuesday, May 13th, 2008 between 8:30 and 10:00 in the morning.

Obama can come to our homes trying to make us sign a pledge to him and his ideas; but this poor man can not express his ideas; instead serves time in jail. Now what’s wrong with this picture.
The Obamas need to go.
Do not speak of the Lord Jesus Christ around secular establishments. That’s what I take from this. Talk about First Amendment rights infringement!
