The Electoral Vote Counting Act designated this special Joint Session of Congress as the proper forum for challenges to the qualifications of electoral vote recipients, none were raised.

We the people, either collectively or individually, have a First Amendment RIGHT to "petition the government for a redress of grievances." That should mean that any citizen of the United States has standing to challenge a Constitutional violation.
The subpreme court put the lie to that one by sweariing in TWICE a man whose eligibility was deeply in question before their court. Sadly, We The People are no longer the sovereigns of this deceased Constitutional Republic.
