HOLY COW!!!! AGAIN!!!!! ACORN Hired by Department of Commerce

When we last discussed ACORN they were engaging in criminal breaking and entering of foreclosed homes.

Before that, ACORN ran the largest voter fraud in American History, they were convicted of, or being investigated for voter fraud in 14 states (marked in red above-Map from Rottenacorn).

Now the Democrat’s favorite voter fraud group, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) has a new opportunity to destroy the constitutional right of “one man-one vote.” They have been contracted by the Census department to hire local census workers. That’s right, the same group that registered Mickey Mouse to vote in Florida, will now be counting him in the Census. This is President Obama’s transparency and honesty at work:

ACORN to Play Role in 2010 Census

The U.S. Census is supposed to be free of politics, but one group with a history of voter fraud, ACORN, is participating in next year’s count, raising concerns about the politicization of the decennial survey.

The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now signed on as a national partner with the U.S. Census Bureau in February 2009 to assist with the recruitment of the 1.4 million temporary workers needed to go door-to-door to count every person in the United States — currently believed to be more than 306 million people.

A U.S. Census “sell sheet,” an advertisement used to recruit national partners, says partnerships with groups like ACORN “play an important role in making the 2010 Census successful,” including by “help[ing] recruit census workers.”

This is amazing! These people are so CORRUPT. Every last one of them... Dodd, Frank, Pelosi, Soetoro. Isn't there ANYONE out there to fight them? Investigate their activities? Prosecute them?

It's as if the've been given a license to do whatever serves their interest (criminal or not) with impunity.

Where is the GOP TV ad to point out that this criminal enterprise is in cahoots with the Democrat Party to disenfranchise White voters? Call a spade a spade. Democrat Party ads are being run against Gov. Sanford of S.C. for not accepting Porkulus money, but the GOP again shows it does not know how to fight.

Isn’t it clear conservatives need the right equivalent of the ACLU ... Something to stand for America.

Is there any way to put a halt to this travesty?? Knowing they are an entity of the Democrat Party makes this dangerous for anyone with an interest in good government. The 2012 campaign is in full force for Obama!

A few Questions for the Mediatards (Special Olympians):

In your FIOA Request (Freedom of Information Act) available from every Government Agency web page and after questions go unanswered, ask:
1. Where is the RFP (Request for Proposal's)?
2. Where was the public notice?
3. Does the Federal Register have this RFP?
4. Why wasn't ACORN taken off the bidders list as a qualified vendor for their illegal activity?
5. Who made the selection?
6. What was the selection criteria?
7. Was the selection made by the Secretary of Commerce or another lower level official? Secretary's can ignore some selection criteria.
8. Who else bid on the services?
9. Did ACORN meet all of the requirements?
10. Were they responsive? 11. Did Acron identify itself as a Minority Business? Did they substantiate this claim? 12. Did Acorn identify itself as a Small Business? Did they substantiate this claim? 13. What answers did ACORN respond with regarding breaking Federal Law, etc in their response? Was it even asked as part of the RFP?

Sadly the (R)s have no nerve, no onions and damn little leadership. (D)s are street fighters and (R)s are content to play bridge and get walked over just to “get along”.

This is probably for show. The democrats will never investigate ACORN, unless haphazardly. The republicans should have done something a long time ago.

That is the purpose of the Federalist Society, but I don't think they receive federal funds like the ACLU does. Also, the GOP members of Congress are too cowardly to press the issue against the ACLU or to openly support the Federalist Society.

Well by golly, if census figures come back indicating blacks make up more than 68% of the population, Mitch McConnell vows he’ll write a very strongly worded letter to, uh, maybe Jesse Jackson? Yessirree! That’ll get some action!! Go, Mitchie.

Do you mean those "isolated" incidents? /sarcasm When they did go to court, they got a slap on the wrist. They are an extension of Pelosi, Reid, etc., as well as the NAACP.

i agree 100%

i have called both congressional offices (young/bilirakis) in this area (i’m sort of in a grey area, so i hit both for more coverage)... in both cases, the ones i spoke with told me that the dems have a majority in congress and that my congresscritter does vote in opposition.

i pointed out that just flipping a switch could be done using software. why hasn’t he been in front of every camera he can find? why isn’t he exposing the dems for everything that has been done? where are the demands for investigations into criminal behavior?

in the end, they would repeat that the dems have a majority.

to which i reply: “you were elected to be a republican. as such, you are meant to fight democratic ideology tooth & nail at every turn. if he does not have the stomach for it, he should step aside and let someone else do the job”

btw, on an up note. for all the years i have spoken with people in various congressional offices, it wasn’t until i spoke with elizabeth hittos (a year ago) that i felt i may actually have some representation in the fedgov. she is definitely on her game and sees the impact for many of the issues facing the country today, domestic and foreign. (watch the name and pray she advances)
