I'm trying. I've been a public school teacher in an inner city high school for 14 of my 20 years as an educator. I've been trying to do exactly that. Trouble is, the sheep LIKE being fattened up before the slaughter which the wolf kindly lets them think will never happen.....
Seems lately they're throwing a lot more carbs into the feed- I can't remember a time when so many complacent dimwads allowed the STATE to remove one liberty after another without as much as a peep. Or a 'baaah'.

Since graduation from college and the 30+ years of 'real life experience' that followed, no school would let me on their campus. I've been self-employed over 30 yrs. No fed, state, or local 'teat' for me. My arrival on any state property designed to indoctrinate pupils into the virtues of 'collectivism' would have to be met with a show of force- I'm thinking SWAT team, to defend their interests.
My lesson plan would, on day one, include loading, firing, and cleaning a 50 cal smokepole. And for a target? Probably a picture of their principal. :^) Damn straight.
