My HOA sent out a letter that no concealed weapons are allowed.
If they're concealed, how would they know, and isn't this against Tx. legislation.

My HOA sent out a letter that no concealed weapons are allowed Anywhere in the developement, or just when attending their meetings? They may be able to do that for their meetings, but unless it's explicitly in your contract, I'd tell 'em to go pi$$ up a rope, and give them my lawyers card.
