Above the “Ronald Reagan Birthplace National Historic Site, Tampico, Ill.” and next to the picture of brick building with an oval Ronald Reagan sign. I reloaded the page and it’s still there.

This is a mural on the side of the building depicting scenes in the life of Ronald Reagan.

This is a large welcome sign with a red background and white letters reading "TAMPICO, ILLINOIS, Birthplace of" and then a blue background and white letters reading "PRESIDENT RONALD REAGAN". I suppose the type font looks a bit like a Kerry-Edwards sign but it clearly reads Ronald Reagan.

This is the sign you were supposed to be seeing (where you said a Kerry-Edwards photo showed up... not sure why that would appear on a link to a Reagan website). Hopefully it shows up now:
